Your Yoga Class purchase is valid for attendance at ANY of our In-Studio Yoga classes on the regular Yoga Class Schedule at UpDog-Rochester. There are no restrictions as to which classes you can attend, whether you purchase a single class, a class package, or a month - so you can mix and match and attend any in-studio classes on our schedule at any time to fit your needs. Some packages also include Online Live Stream classes at additional cost, or online classes can be purchased separately (see package details below).
Just arrive for the scheduled class of your choice and sign-in at the Front Desk, or you can always also pre-register for classes online as a convenience. Loaner mats are available for $1 for in-person, In-Studio classes. Pre-registration is required for all ONLINE LIVE STREAM classes and you will receive an email with a link to attend each online class approximately 30 minutes prior to class start.

3-Months Unlimited Yoga Summer Pass - Available For Purchase Now!
UpDog Rochester 3-Months Unlimited Summer Pass is the perfect way to jump start your Yoga or to simply continue your Yoga practice while on Summer break (valid June 1 - Sept. 1, 2024). Take advantage of the $340 three month option, just in time for Summer (Unlimited Yoga for only $113 per month)!

Attend any in-studio Yoga classes on our regular schedule, any days of the week (excludes Kids Yoga classes which must be purchased separately). You have up to 60 days to use all 5 classes to ease into your Yoga practice and accommodate your busy schedule.

UpDog Yoga From Home Online offerings include:
- Online Live Stream Classes led virtually by an UpDog instructor at pre-scheduled times each day of the week

ONLINE LIVE STREAM classes led virtually by an UpDog instructor, enable you to enjoy a variety of regularly scheduled online Yoga and Meditation classes from the comfort of your own home at pre-scheduled times each day of the week. Pre-registration for each class you'd like to attend is required.
Pre-register for online classes on any given day/week of your choice directly from the UpDog class schedule at our website or the MindBody app. - just like you would if you were pre-registering for an in-person class, so no extra steps or other sites/platforms to access. Everything automatically syncs to your UpDog Yoga account with us!
Visit the Schedule page of our website and look for the classes listed as "ONLINE LIVE STREAM" Note there are separate Online Live Stream schedules for either Rochester or Sterling Hgts. studio locations. Any existing class packages you have will be valid for Online Live Stream classes at the studio location you originally purchased them, or you may always purchase additional Online Live Stream classes for either location:

We’ve enhanced our standard Class Package offerings to give you the flexibility to attend both In-Studio and/or Online classes on the same package, or we also have Online Only package options:
- In-Studio/Online Class Packs: Purchase of any new or existing Class Count Packs (3-pack, 10-pack, 20-pack) are valid for all Online Live Stream classes in addition to in-person, In-Studio classes. You may also purchase a single class. Your account will be deducted one class for any online classes you pre-register for and attend (does not include Facebook Video Library access).
- In-Studio Unlimited Packages + Online: Unlimited Members with an active membership can attend any Online Live Stream classes anytime plus our Facebook Video Library of over 270 pre-recorded classes (in addition to all in-person, in-studio classes)!
- 1-Month Unlimited All-Online Pass: For those who wish to maintain an in-home practice only, the Online Only Pass gives you access to all online offerings: Weekly Online Live Stream classes, plus Facebook Video Library (does not include in-person, in-studio classes).
- 1-Month Unlimited Facebook Video Library Only: Watch over 270 pre-recorded class videos anytime at your convenience all month long (does not include Online Live Stream).

Class count packages are a great way to start your Yoga practice. The larger the package you buy, the more you save on a per class cost!

$20 drop-in fee for those visiting from out-of-town, or anyone who would like to attend a single In-Studio or Online Live Stream class from your choice of any of our classes on the regular class schedule.
*Registered guests of the Royal Park Hotel in downtown Rochester receive a 50% discount and may attend a single in-person, In-Studio Yoga class for only $10 during your stay by presenting your room key FOB at UpDog.

In-Studio Chair Yoga Single Class $5
$5 drop-in fee to attend one of our weekly Chair Yoga sessions In-Studio (*drop-in fee only applies to new students or non-members who are not current class pack holders).
A weekly Chair Yoga session to ease into a mindful Yoga practice that can bring increased strength, flexibility and mobility into your life! Chair Yoga is a modified, gentle form of Hatha Yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Almost any traditional Yoga pose or move can be replicated and altered to accommodate Chair Yoga, and it is one of the gentlest forms of Yoga available as it invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also supportive and beneficial. An ideal exercise for people who have trouble moving through the up and down floor motions of traditional Yoga because Chair Yoga allows you to stay stabilized.

In-Studio Guided Meditation Single Class $5
$5 drop-in fee to attend one of our weekly Guided Meditation sessions In-Studio (*drop-in fee only applies to new students or non-members who are not current class pack holders).
Join us for a relaxing, evening meditation as we gather as a group to create balance at the mid-point of each week. Jill leads a casual guided meditation using a variety of simple, mindfulness meditation techniques which will vary weekly. No meditation experience necessary. These sessions are ideal for beginners to introduce meditation with the support of a friendly, informal group. Everyone Welcome!

In-Studio Kids Yoga Class Packs
Kids Yoga Classes are held in-person, In-Studio and are appropriate for boys and girls of all ages 4 and up. No prior Yoga experience required. Yoga teaches kids how to relax, develop body awareness, find their inner balance, build confidence, concentration and just have some fun. We'll workshop with the kids in Yoga poses, mindful breathing, play yoga-themed games and quiet meditation.
The Saturday Kids Class is held at the same exact time as the regular adult class so that the kids have their own space, and parents you can have yours too by attending an adult class - so the whole family gets their Yoga!
Kids Single Class In-Studio ..... $15

Just like our regular UpDog class packs, Kids classes never expire and can be used on any of our Kids Yoga classes on the regular In-Studio class schedule anytime.

Individual Private & Group Yoga Sessions
Looking for a more personalized setting for your Yoga practice? Updog offers private and semi-private options for our students. Whether you are looking for one-on-one attention, have a special physical need, or simply want a small class setting, we can accommodate your request.
Private Yoga Classes start at $80 per hour. Semi-privates for two are $100 per hour.
We also offer rental of our studio space for larger groups when our regular classes are not in session and can provide our instructors to teach your group based on their particular interests. Pricing is based on needs and size of the group. Whether family, friends, work group, school, seniors or social groups, give us a call and we will make it work for you!
