Plan on a week off for Easter/Spring break. Apart from Buddha Camp and the Memorial Day Retreat, class will meet every Sunday at UpDog (typically from 8am until 4pm).

For those who have submitted their deposits, we will need you to complete an UpDog Student Application (it's available in-studio or below). You can turn this in @ the front desk, or mail to Duane Utech @ UpDog Yoga, 210 W. University, Rochester, MI 48307.
